Buying my robot arm was an incredibly smooth experience. I purchased a fairino arm, and had some difficulty setting it up, but customer support has been amazing. They're quick to put me on a call with an actual engineer who can help troubleshoot problems related to a relatively new, maturing product.
This really stands out to other companies I've worked with where the common practice would be to wait for days or weeks for any sort of resolution on a customer support ticket.
If the arm I purchased holds up and customer support continues with this level of responsiveness, buying more arms from devonics is a no brainer
