The GZCX-6F-75A is a six-dimensional force/torque sensor designed for seamless use with Fairino collaborative robots. It measures forces and torques along all three axes, providing real-time data for advanced tasks such as constant-force control, surface tracking, and contact detection. This enables reliable execution of polishing, deburring, insertion, testing, and quality inspection processes. The sensor installs easily between the robot flange and the end-effector and integrates directly with Fairino WebApp and SDKs for simplified setup.

Product description

The GZCX-6F-75A six-axis force sensor enhances the capabilities of Fairino cobots by providing precise force and torque data in all directions. With its compact size and robust aluminum-alloy housing, it is ideal for industrial applications requiring accurate contact and interaction control. The sensor enables real-time constant-force operation, adaptive surface following, and sensitive contact detection, making it suitable for polishing, grinding, deburring, press-fit assembly, material testing, and quality inspection.

Its plug-and-play integration with Fairino software allows fast deployment and user-friendly configuration. Multiple communication interfaces such as RS485/422 and industrial Ethernet ensure reliable connectivity in diverse setups. Designed with IP64 protection, the GZCX-6F-75A is built for stable performance in demanding environments.
